How can I fix my laptop?
I have windows vista and a blue screen came up and now my computer only works in Safe Mode with Networking How can I fix my computer the Dell Factory Image Restore does not work, but I have 2 disk that came with my computer called drivers and utilities operating system other, so how can I fix my computer?
If your computer uses Dell Media Direct, and you want to install Windows, then you pop that first. Restart your computer if and when it starts press F12 it will bring the menu startup. Select option CD / DVD and it will start from the CD. Follow the instructions and reinstall Windows. After completion pop in the disc drivers and install all the drivers appicable. I recommend you just enter your service number on the Dell website instead and download these drivers instead, because they are outdated.
